Rice Pudding

8 cups Cooked Rice
5 medium eggs
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar I used brown sugar but white sugar will work
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 – 4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
I used a 9×13 pan
Combine the eggs, milk and sugar in a large bowl , mix well . Add the rice, raisins, and nutmeg and cinnamon.mixing well Turn the mixture into a well oiled 2 quart casserole dish. Slice the butter thin and dot on top of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55-60 minutes.
