Tired of the same ole boring tuna salad? Try this one!! Super simple! It’s really good on a lettuce wrap!
1/2 tomato diced
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1/2 white onion diced
1 can if sweet corn drained
2 cans of albacore tuna drained
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients together and put in the fridge to chill for at least 30 mins. Serve on wheat crackers. Yum and healthy!
