8oz of elbow macaroni (I used gluten free non gmo)
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
3 cups of milk
1/4 cup of butter
2 1/2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
Over medium heat melt 1/4 cup of butter. Stir in flour to make a paste. Slowly add in milk stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses until melted and sauce thickens. Mix in cooked pasta and stir well. Place in baking dish.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and add breadcrumbs, mix well. Sprinkle on pasta and add a pinch of paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
