CABBAGE UN-ROLLED SKILLET

Instructions:
1 lb ground beef, ground pork
1/3 cup chopped onion (1 small)
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese (1 ounce)
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions
1. In a large skillet cook meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook covered on medium heat until cabbage is tender, about 1 hour. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking

Top with extra cheese if desired.
