2 (8 oz ) Packages cream cheese. Room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Blend cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 cup sugar. spoon half of the mixture into the graham crust. Add pumpkin, cinnamon ans 1/4 cup sugar to remaining cheese mixture. Mix well and pour over filled pie.
Bake at 350′ 40-45 minutes. Let cool at least 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator before serving.
Garnish with caramel syrup and whipped cream . Enjoy
