Chicken Breast Pizza Melt
LOW CARB & Delicious! Easy to make however many you need!
Thin sliced chicken breast
Diced red and green peppers
Sliced (ringlets) of purple onion
Garlic powder to taste
Mozarella cheese (low-fat)
Parmesan (light) cheese to taste
Cover your chicken with the pizza sauce and add your vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Turn off oven and add your mozzarella cheese.
Let sit until melted.
Add parmesan to taste. Better than pizza!
